(ID) theft is one of the most insidious and fastest growing problems of the
decade. It occurs when an outside party uses your personal information
without your knowledge or consent to acquire goods or services of value, or
commit any other type of crime.

exposure to Identity Theft from 0 to 100% .
This percentage, known as the SAFETY RATIO, is based on YOUR ACTUAL
Activities and is very helpful for assessing I.D. Theft Risk.. Using this tool is easy. Just respond to each question with a Y
(Yes) or N (No) in the column marked Y/N.
