Identity Theft SAFETY RATIO Calculator

Identity (ID) theft is one of the most insidious and fastest growing problems of the decade. It occurs when an outside party uses your personal information without your knowledge or consent to acquire goods or services of value, or commit any other type of crime.
This tool calculates and measures your exposure to Identity Theft from 0 to 100% .  This percentage, known as the SAFETY RATIO, is based on YOUR ACTUAL Activities and is very helpful for assessing I.D. Theft Risk..  Using this tool is easy.  Just respond to each question with a Y (Yes) or N (No) in the column marked Y/N.
The RISK you face of someone stealing your identity is displayed graphically in the PIE Chart below at right.  The unique I.D. Theft protections found in the Legal Insurance Plans offered by Legal Access helps ensure all employees are sheltered from this hazard.
